Nicole Schwartz, Marketing & Hiring Coordinator

Nicole Schwartz brings a diverse background in patient care, advocacy, and communications to her role as Marketing & Hiring Coordinator at Total Care Physical Therapy. She has a strong background in sports management and earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in social work at Rutgers, equipping her with a solid foundation in human behavior, organizational strategy, and outreach.

Nicole first joined Total Care PT as a Physical Therapist Aide, where she gained valuable experience in patient support, treatment implementation, and clinic operations. Now transitioning into a new role, she applies her skills in content creation, brand awareness, and community engagement to enhance Total Care PT’s marketing efforts, patient outreach, and recruitment initiatives.

Beyond her work in healthcare, Nicole is a Trauma-Informed Recovery Coach, Child Development Specialist, and a Certified Advocate for Sexual and Domestic Violence. Additionally, her experience in junior journalism and business development internships has strengthened her communication, research, and organizational growth skills.

Nicole is passionate about expanding Total Care PT’s reach through meaningful marketing, recruitment, and engagement efforts that support its mission of exceptional patient care and is excited to contribute to the company’s continued growth.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with friends, journaling, and catching up on her favorite TV shows.
